Deal Box, Inc. prepares a company's raise: the offering portal, investor onboarding and the diligence record. It is paid by the issuer and takes nothing on capital raised.
Deal Box Asset Management decides separately whether one of its vehicles invests. When Deal Box Fund I invests, it does so in the same round and on the same terms as the other investors in that round.
